Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final, including holiday sales, flash sales, and purchases with discount codes. We can’t offer returns, exchanges, or refunds—except in cases of company error or defective items.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
We’re so sorry for the mix-up! Email us at BlutifulThreads@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The name and email used on the order
- A description of the issue (wrong item, defect, etc.)
- A clear photo showing the issue (defect, size, or incorrect item)
We’ll make it right!
Color Disclaimer
Colors may look different due to screen settings. We can’t guarantee an exact match, even for items labeled with similar color names (e.g., "Navy" vs. "Dark Navy").
Discount Codes
I forgot to use my discount code—can you apply it after purchase?
Unfortunately, we can’t adjust prices after an order is confirmed. Please double-check your details before placing an order. Only one discount code can be applied per order, including free shipping codes.
Scam Alerts
I got a DM asking for personal info. Is it legit?
No! @BLUTIFULTHREADS is our ONLY official Instagram account. We never ask for personal info or do cash giveaways. If another page messages you, it’s a scam—do not respond!
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Since our products are made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and shipping. If it takes longer than 4 weeks, we’ll refund 100% of your shipping cost.
For international shipping, expect an additional 7-21 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
My order says “delivered,” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
USPS is responsible for delivery. If your package is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it, contact your local post office for assistance.
What if my shipping address was entered incorrectly?
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered orders due to incorrect shipping information. Please double-check your details before submitting your order.
My order is still in 'Pre-shipment'—is it lost?
Not at all! Tracking numbers are sent when your shipping label is printed. It may take a few days for USPS to scan and update the status. If your order exceeds the estimated shipping time, feel free to contact us.
Order Issues
What happens if an item is oversold?
If an item is oversold and we can’t ship it, we’ll refund you for that item. If your entire order is affected, we’ll also refund your shipping cost.
What is “Urgent Processing”?
Urgent processing means your order will be prioritized over general orders but does not guarantee faster shipping.
Are your shirts, hats, and hoodies unisex?
Yes! All our apparel is unisex sizing.
Pricing & Refunds
Do prices change?
Yes, prices may change without notice. However, the price at checkout is final and will not be adjusted retroactively.
If I get a refund, where does the money go?
Refunds are sent to your original payment method. If that account is no longer active, you’ll need to contact your bank.
